Zarifa USA is a Health and Wellness Products Company that specializes in medical massagers. We are currently looking for an Event Coordinator, with experience managing sales-forces, to help us grow our direct-sales teams, improve event sales and streamline our scheduling process.
Event Coordinator Candidates with a Network of Sales Reps will be considered first.
Attend and Manage Events, Fairs, Trade-Shows, and Meeting Booth Spaces and Exhibits.
Coordinate Work Schedules for Multiple Sales Teams.
Manage Our Sales Calendar with specific attention to detail regarding, Show Times, Locations, Setup Times, Booth Numbers etc.
Recruit and Hire new Sales Reps and build cohesive, productive sales teams that work well with each other.
Research and identify successful event opportunities.
Coordinate Travel Schedules for equipment, booth supplies, and product inventory.
Be a point of Contact for Event managers and Show-Runners.
Manage and Maintain Sales Rep performance during show hours.
Keep track of product inventory before, during and after events.
Build a network and CRM of sales representatives nationwide.
Network and Recruit on-site during shows and events.

Proficient with POS devices, Google Calendar, and Standard Computer Office Programs.
Valid Driver’s License
1-2 years prior Event Coordinator Experience
