How to Use:

Step 1

Place the Gel Pads on the Back of the massager.

Step 2

Attach the Six Pack Pro to Your Abdomen.

Step 3

Choose From 15 Strenght Levels and 5 Different Workout Routines

Step 4

When Training Is Complete Place the Unit back on the Storage Sheet.
