Zarifa Return and Exchange Policy
Clearance & Sale Items:
All items purchased on Sale are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange for a Sale item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Normal Priced Items: (excluding massage chairs)
Returned products are subject to Zarifa USA's standard return policy. If you change your mind, you can return your Standard hardware to us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Goods can only be returned in unopened, sealed, and not used condition. Items that are opened and used will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us at email@example.com. Be sure to to provide the following details:
- Your Web Order Number
- A contact phone number
- Product in question
Returns may only be accepted after receiving approval from the Support team. If sent prior to confirmation without our knowledge, the return may not be processed. Indicating your order number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning will help ensure that your returns are processed quickly. Customer will be responsible in returning the product to Zarifa USA. The shipment can be addressed as follows:

Upon receipt of the unopened, sealed, and not used product, Zarifa USA will complete the customer's refund.
Returns are subject to Zarifa USA's massage chair return policy. Zarifa USA has a 14-Day, Unconditional, Money-Back Guarantee for all new massage chairs purchased from ZarifaUSA.com. We will also pay for 100% of the return shipping/freight costs for the full 14 calendar day return period!
Our 14 day return policy begins on the date you new chair ships out from our massage chair warehouse (not the delivery date!).
You are responsible for disassembling and packing up your massage chair into the original packing material (as well as any incurred costs) and having the chair back to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the original shipping date of your chair to qualify for our free return offer (not the delivery date!). If your chair is not prepared for shipping the original packing material, we will still pick up and return ship the chair, but you will be responsible for 100% of the return shipping/freight costs.
The only deduction from your refund will be damages to the chair that are not covered under the standard warranty coverage, as well as the original white glove delivery charges.
If a product is outside the 14-day return period (not the delivery date!) a 20% restocking fee does apply to the return. The restocking fee does not include the product shipping and white glove delivery charges which will also be held.
Massage Chair Exchange Policy
If you live within the continental US and want to exchange your chair for another model, you will be responsible for disassembling and packing up your massage chair in the original packing material (as well as any incurred costs) and having the chair back to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the original shipping date (not the delivery date!), but we will take care of the return shipping/freight costs. Once you have decided upon your replacement chair, we will bill you the difference between chair prices (chairs can only be exchanged for chairs of equal or greater value). Free shipping also applies to the new chair.
Tens Units, Massagers or EMS Units with missing parts or accessories. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not accepted for exchange. Any massager (all products included) that is purchased at a trade show or exhibit is non-refundable. Exchanges may be done at the discretion of the sales person or team at said event only.
Extended Warranty Returns (All Products)
There are no returns on extended warranty purchases for any product. Extended warranties can only be purchased at the time of product purchase, and once purchased cannot be refunded.
Shipping - Non-Massage Chair Products
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will receive an RMA number which should be included with your product when you ship it back to Zarifa USA. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75. you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance . We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zarifa Corporation “Zarifa USA” is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Zarifa Corporation “Zarifa USA” will confirm delivery to the address provided. date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If your product is still actively under warranty and you are facing issues that indicate that the product is defective, please follow the following steps:
1. Ensure your product warranty is registered: WARRANTY REGISTRATION
2. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the best contact information for you, as well as what specific issue you are facing and the product you are having issues with. We will do our best to help troubleshoot your product before proceeding.
3. If the product isn't fixed by troubleshooting, you will need to ship the product to our claims team:

4. Our Claims team will process your warranty claim and determine if the product is easily repairable or requires replacement.
5. Our Claims team will send you a link to pay the standard $29.99 return shipping fee for your product. Once paid, the repaired or replaced product will swiftly be shipped back to you.
It is important to remember that product warranty only covers product defects under recommended use and does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use or care for a product.
