Mark out the footprint.

Measure the available length and width. For a reclining model, compare both upright and reclined sizes. Leave room to walk around the chair, get in and out, and reach controls.

02 · The route

Check every doorway and turn.

Record clear doorway openings, hallway turns, stairs and elevator openings along the delivery route. Overall chair width alone does not guarantee delivery access; ask us to review the route and delivery configuration.

03 · Your fit

Compare the seated position.

Share your height and ask about seat, shoulder, calf and foot fit. Weight capacity is one part of the decision. Confirm that the massage contact points and leg support suit you.

Before you choose

What should I bring to a consultation?

Bring your room measurements, the narrowest points along the delivery route, photos of tight turns, and the heights of the people who will use the chair. Tell us which features matter most so we can focus the comparison.

Can I put a space-saving chair directly against a wall?

Confirm the required wall clearance for the specific model before placing it. Space-saving positioning does not mean zero clearance. Keep the travel path clear and follow the chair's setup instructions.

Does a 400 lb capacity guarantee a comfortable fit?

No. All Zarifa massage chairs have a maximum user weight of 400 lb, but height, shoulder width, leg length and preferred seating position affect fit. A demonstration can help you assess those details.

What should I confirm about delivery and coverage?

Review the delivery service available for your address, any stairs or access restrictions, and the current terms before ordering. Confirm the included warranty and the correct optional extended coverage for your model with our team.

HSA/FSA payments

Let us help arrange your chair purchase.

Call before purchasing a massage chair with HSA/FSA funds. Orders over $1,000 may encounter a daily or transaction limit. If you want to use the available balance in your HSA/FSA account and pay the remainder with another method, we can arrange that by phone.

HSA/FSA payments cannot be monthly installments. Plan rules apply. If your administrator requires a Letter of Medical Necessity, you can ask your current practitioner or request one through Burst.
